NAI Hiffman brokers suburban office deal for Sun Life
June 24th, 2011 | by Lucinda Dodd |Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada has signed healthcare service provider Centene Corporation to a long-term lease at its 117,841-square-foot office asset located at 999 Oakmont Plaza Drive in Westmont, Ill. Centene will occupy 22,966 square feet, which brings the occupancy of the building to 86 percent.
Patrick Kiefer, executive director with NAI Hiffman, represented Sun Life in the transaction. Joe Dvorak with Colliers International and Scott Bazoian with Cassidy Turley represented Centene.
Sun Life, which also owns nearby 900 Oakmont Plaza, purchased the building in 2004 from a local investor. Other tenants in the building include UPM-Kymmene and Consolidated Buying Company.
NAI Hiffman also handles the property management for the building on behalf of Sun Life.
