Florida Foreclosures: When is it Too Late to File a Foreclosure Action?

There is a statute of limitation for filing a Florida foreclosure. Once the statute of limitations ends, the plaintiff bank or other mortgage holder cannot file a foreclosure action against you. While this time frame is generally seven years, there are specific considerations to keep in mind.

A mortgage is foreclosed in equity in Florida – according to Florida Statutes 702.01, the court severs all counterclaims against the foreclosing mortgagee. Average Rents Increase Across the UK

Average rental values across the UK have risen in June compared to May, as well as exhibiting a year-on-year increase, new data shows. Figures published in the HomeLet Rental Index reveal that the average rent in the country now stands at GBP 750 per month, close to its highest-ever level. While there are regional variations, the only area to experience a fall rather than a rise in the cost of renting was the East Midlands, while the north-west saw the biggest hikes. JLL closes $240M sale of industrial portfolio

Jones Lang LaSalle has announced that the firm’s Capital Markets Group has closed the sale of a 19-building portfolio of core industrial distribution facilities for Pinchal & Company, in partnership with American National Insurance Company (ANICO) and ANTAC, a wholly owned subsidiary of ANICO.

India Property Buys 49% Stake in Ramprastha Group’s Housing Project at Gurgaon

Private equity firm India Property Fund has picked up a 49% stake in Ramprastha Group’s housing project Skyz in Gurgaon for Rs 120 crore. The project, being developed on 13 acres in Sector 37D on the Dwarka Expressway in Gurgaon, is part of the company’s integrated township Ramprastha City. The company’s chief executive officer Nikhil Jain confirmed the deal.

About half of the Skyz project, which will have close to 700 luxury apartments, has been already sold by Ramprastha .
